I don't know why people feel it's normal now to tear people down on the internet for everyone to see. If you have a complaint go directly to the person don't ruin their business! Jose is the kindest man and his crew is also. They have done a great job for us. He has trimmed bushes in my yard and not even charged me before! He's always been on time and if he wants to change the day he is scheduled for, he always asks my permission first. He answers texts and/or calls immediately.
