We are new to the area and had to choose a vet quickly in an emergency. My dog doesn't do well in the car, so I chose a vet that was close to me. The staff were kind, caring, understanding, and professional. My dog needed emergency surgery that was expensive but thousands less than some other vets charge. The icing on the cake was that my dog wasn't nervous or shaking while we were there, and the waiting room was calm, quiet, clean, and almost empty every time I went. This will be our regular vet moving forward.
Took my pup in with an appointment for vaccines. The service was quick and very professional. Staff was kind, informative and gentle. 10/10! Would recommend this vet!
Now after seeing the previous “bad” review blaming the clinic feels more like misplaced anger likely because you were overwhelmed and scared but directing the blame to the clinic instead of acknowledging your own delay is a bit much. That 4-hour delay raises big questions about the your judgment. me and my family love this animal hospital. We didn't take our first dog here because we didn't know it existed. Despite that they handled our dogs death very well including cremation. We take our new puppy here and they treat her amazingly. All the staff are incredible, patient and friendly. I 100% recommend them
