I took my mom who is 85 years old early to her appointment and they would not accommodate her for an earlier appointment. The staff was not helpful and were rude. This is not the first time we had a bad experience with this office. Not coming back!
Customer service is terrible. Doctors and medical assistants not on the same page. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Constantly experiencing issues for the care of my dad. If I could put negative stars. I would.
The doctors a good, though the phones don't get picked up, there is not message left under their hours of operation on the days they are closed. The worse thing no one from the front desk calls back....uhhhhh how does a business run with no accountability to their job.
