I’ve been picking up store deliveries here for 8 years now only had one time that the load was too heavy. They fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Friendly people one of my best pick up locations.

This was the LL flooring distribution center in Pomona California.I must say that this distribution center is very well organized. There is plenty of room to park outside of the facility on the property if your load is not ready. I have picked up their numerous times and each time my load has been ready and normally it is ready before it's pickup time. The staff is friendly and efficient they get you in and out these are normally drop and hook loads.On a scale of 1 to 10 10 being very efficient to one being never going back again I rate them at 10

I'm truly embarrassed to say that we bought flooring from Lumber Liquidators about 5 years ago from a store close by in Walnut. That store closed and I feel out of love with the color of the engineered hardwood (grey) we originally purchased. Thank God for the best boyfriend ever. We went to the Pomona store and found a beautiful replacement - Chateau Oak. We realized how easy it would be to take up the not so old flooring so we did save money on doing that ourselves and are now patiently awaiting scheduling the installation of our new flooring. Josh helped us through the process and he was super nice. He wasn't pushy like sales folks can be which we both appreciated....read full review
