Even though there was a language barrier between us they made a effort to accommodate me. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they cut my hair. They were very nice. The times are wrong on the maps though. They don't open at 9 am, they open at 10am. I'm glad they take walk-in's. It was pretty empty so I got in and out fast.Service: Haircut
I went in there around 11am on a Wednesday and there was no wait to get a haircut. Upon walking in, I was kindly greeted then immediately sat down with a stylist. They primarily speak Spanish but I speak Spanish as well so there was no language barrier. I'm sure if you only speak English you can navigate your haircut needs here. For my combover, I requested the line be done with a razor and the female stylist did it with a new razor as it should be. I was satisfied with my haircut and noticed they had a wax station so I inquired on getting my eyebrows waxed and got them waxed as well by the same stylist that cut my hair. All together, my haircut ($12) and eyebrow waxing ($8) came out to $20 plus tip. The salon was very clean and welcoming. I'd recommend this salon and would easily return. Cons: It's located in a "sketchy" neighborhood with lots of drugs users, gangbangers, and homeless in the parking lot and nearby. Cash is the only form of payment accepted. Parking lot gets crowded and has very limited narrow spaces.
The friendliest customer service I've ever received from a salon!! FIRST they speak SPANISH, I do not speak Spanish so I was intimidated at first but luckily I had my boyfriend who spoke Spanish to translate but that doesn't mean they don't speak English but it's broken English but it's okay :) still very friendly and love their environment!! I've been here twice now, the first time Carolina cut my hair for $18 and my hairs pretty long so I thought that was a steal! It was a standard hair cut so nothing too big. The second time I went to go get a balayage with Carmen. This lady is full of energy and just wants best for the customer. She'll make sure you get what you came in the store for! The balayage process is very tedious and time consuming about 3-4 hours but the time went by really fast. Even though I didn't speak Spanish fully, we were still able to have conversations and she really tries to make the customer comfortable. I would definitely return! They haven't disappointed me and the price is VERY friendly.
