Their use of diverse and numerous modes of communication--from paper flyers distributed in the neighborhood to their website and extensive social media--insured that thousands of people were aware of my house being on the market. The open house and their interactions with potential buyers resulted in lots of serious interest and many solid offers, all over asking.
