Where to start! My appointment was at 11am and got helped until 12:15pm the owner is not a very nice person she seems mad and rude at moments, doesn't give you a comfortable vibe, I paid $120 for a balayage hair and let me tell you I would not recommend her at all!! Not just because she has about 4-5 people at the same time she stops doing ur hair to continue doing someone else's hair. Doesn't give you the full attention someone needs when doing there hair, I feel like she could be more nicer and more attentive, but my biggest complain about her would be this!! On my first washed after doing my hair which was 3 days after doing my hair I washed and when I say the hair color washed off I mean it from having a 2 hair color to having straight brown hair. I messaged her on social media where me and her would communicate, she responded the first the time but she did the turn around gave me different hours that she can help me and she just never messaged me back I have reached out to her so many times to see if she can fix it I sent her pictures of how my hair got and she leaves me on read, which sucks because even if she charged me lower than what someone else would it's peoples money that she doesn't know how hard it was for someone to get, and unfortunately it was money thrown away so again I would definitely say don't go there and maybe pay more but get ur moneys worth . I was willing to pay more just to get it fixed and to the color I wanted but got left on read multiple times I hate leaving bad reviews but just gets me upset when people do this because that's why you show pictures of how you want it and u ask if they can do it and they say yes Id they know they can't just say no! And save there time and others!
