Last night I had to take my son to the ER and I chose Pomona Valley because I had a good experience a few years ago. The waiting room was packed but my son was seen within 30 minutes. The staff listened to what we said and quickly figured out what the problem was. We did have to wait a few hours for the results of all of the bloodwork, but we were able to wait in the back rather than in the waiting room out front. The doctor on staff consulted with us and really listened to what we said. He gave recommendations and discharged my son. My impression is that the staff likes what they do.
I went to PVMC ER for the first time last night, I got there around 10pm and left around 2am. It was busy but staff was polite. I have been having severe head pain for months and this is my 10th time going to ER, first time coming here. I would say this hospital is better than other ones closer to me. No complaints
I believe her name is Dr Hannah, she was able to see my daughter right away, prescribed medications and explained things to us. Although busy, she paid attention to us. Discharged in under an hour . Everyone's case is different but she was able to treat us and send us out .
