Cricket's Computer Repair

I have had occasion to head over to see Mike at Crickett Computer three times now. Each time I was impressed with his knowledge of computer and related systems, quickly diagnosing the problem and getting it repaired. Once when I called him he asked me to describe what it was doing or what is "was not" doing. Immediately he told me "power supply failure" is the likely cause. Bring it in, do your grocery shopping and I'll fix it in an hour. He did. Most recently, I added a new monitor, and he said I am going to have to come to your house to see how you hooked it up. Great husband & wife business Mike & Crickett!! They were able to troubleshoot by problem with my laptop as I was standing there. Very knowledgeable, and Crickett easily explained what the problem was with my hard drive in terms that I could understand and relate to. I highly recommend these two for any computer situation that a person may have, and they are always available to ask any questions that you have!

This couple is wonderful and very knowledgeable! They got our laptop working quickly again and didn’t break the bank. We will definitely be using them for all our computer needs! So happy to find them in Pollock Pines!
