Stanford Healthcare is getting worse. If I need an RX refill - the pharmacy has to contact them several times and I have to contact them several times not good - used to be much better. Another more pressing concern is that some depts do not communicate with others regarding patient care - they are supposed to be able to pull up records for each patient and review all the care given to better understand the patient needs.

Delivery of baby #2 went extremely well at Stanford ValleyCare again. No complaints. The Maternity ward doctors and nurses are still rock stars! Mom had complications this time and they did everything right taking great care of her. Can't say enough positive things, very happy! Thank you!
