We absolutely love Dr J..and so do our pups..she is so kind and gentle with them and they love her treats..her assistants treat our fur babies just like their own too..I have read a couple reviews on here that I believe are complete nonsense and fabricated...it is a shame you can say anything you want with no accountability on this app..I cannot recommend Dr J enough..especially if your pet hates the vet and has instant anxiety...I have been to many different vets in livermore and the tri valley area and she is the best:)

I have been with Dr. J for several years now and I am amazed at how knowledgeable and caring she is with my feral cat Minkie. She had also helped us through the loss of our beloved cat, Smokey, using her animal acumen and her caring attention. I recently had to take Minkie to an emergency facility for an overnight stay because she developed a life threatening case of asthma. Minkie was well cared for, but came back traumatized and the facility had to put a warning on her cage because she was in attack mode, while there. My family has been working with Dr. J. for at least 10 years and I would go nowhere else after experiencing her level of service. Not only does Dr. J. come directly to our house - which makes our cats feel much more comfortable than having to be put in a carrier and driven to a strange place that smells scary - she is an excellent veterinarian who has kept generations of our cats healthy and happy. Sadly, we've had to use Dr. J.'s services in the past to send senior kitties to the happy hunting grounds, one at 20 years old, but we were comforted by her's and her assistant's demeanor and professionalism, kindness and the unique opportunity to say good-bye... read full review
