TVJ provides excellent caring and quality instruction. The values of restraint respect, competitive edge and humble confidence are taught in each class. For a priceless experience coupled with top rate martial arts skill building I highly recommend TJV under the excellent leadership of Kevin Butler and his amazing staff.
I can’t recommend Tri-Valley Judo & Jiu Jiu enough!! Coming back to a Judo as an adult after decades off, I was so impressed by how welcomed and fully supported all ages and skill levels are.The senseis are incredibly knowledgeable and have an innate sense of which teaching methods to use to support varying levels of experience. In addition to great coaching skills, every single sensei is abundantly kind and contributes to a very positive community of growth and acceptance.If you’re looking for a local dojo, this is the ONE!
