I have been getting my eyebrows done by Cecilia since 2018 and she is the best! I overplucked my eyebrows in my teens and they never fully grew back, so when microblading came around I was very eager to try it. Cecilia spends a lot of time going over the different options that will work best with your skin type and brow situation.
