This experience after what seemed to be attentive and nice, it turned down really bad. They have never reached out once I was placed how I was doing, about future plans, or anything else (or have that organized with the appropriate channels).

They have made an error on my W2 Tax papers which was brought to my attention in late May... to this date, it is not fixed (!) and I am unable to reach them, I am unable to have this resolved despite my multiple, multiple attempts. I have been patient, I have been co operative.
