San Ramon Valley Primary Care Medical Group

I can't believe they have someone like Heather working in front office or anywhere in a doctor's office. I have been to this office 5 times in the past 3 years for myself and my two little ones, I would have not changed my doctor despite of her horrible attitude and poor customer service until my kids told me that "front desk lady is mean" and they want to go back to Valley Care medical office. I hope she gets help soon.

The parking is a little rough, but this facility is very clean and nice. The fountain on Dublin Blvd and Tassajara is a nice touch.

If you care about your child, then avoid this place. After multiple bad experiences here, I finally made the decision to get a second opinion from a new pediatrician. Thank god I followed my instincts!!! My daughter was not given the best of care by Dr Obrinsky and only prescribed ear drops for a nasty ear infection that he said was only in one ear. The very next morning I went to another dr who said it was very bad (which I knew from my daughter screaming) and said the ear drops were worthless and didn't understand why a dr would have been careless to prescribe.
