Nancy is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and gave me the best haircut I've ever gotten. The service was fabulous and the price was very great. All the stylists were friendly, and the energy was great in the salon. I would recommend Nancy to anybody!
Finally a salon that has amazing hairdressers and affordable prices! I cannot tell you how many salons I’ve been to over the years that completely rip you off. I have extremely thick and long hair and have paid $300-500 dollars to get a simple root touch up and trim from these other salons. When a friend told me about this salon I had to make an appt and I’m so glad I did. Nancy did such an amazing job explaining, helping and showing me what we were going to do with my color. I’m so happy with the color and cut she did. I cannot wait to go back and add in some highlights.
Mario (the owner) is attentive and detail-oriented. He listens to what you want and checks in with you throughout your service to make sure you are happy with the result. He did a cut and partial highlights, and did a superb job. The building is this cute little house in downtown Pleasanton. Parking is easy. Location is great. Service is warm and wonderful. It was my first time there, and I felt very welcome there. The interior is outdated, but that seemed to be part of the charm. It was like walking back in time - haha. Tip: Since Covid, Salon Saavy does not take credit cards, so bring cash or check. (They do have a couple cash apps that they can access but it isn't as convenient or quick.)
