    I have been going to Proactive Strength Training for over 5 years now. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. In my line of work people complain about neck and back problems that can shorten their professional careers. WIth the help of Jason and his staff I have been able to avoid any of those problems. I feel much stronger and healthier. than ever before. Thanks Proactive!

    ProActive Strength is nothing like I have experienced before. From the initial assessment to a customized training program this is exactly what I needed. They took time to understand exactly what was happening with my body and customized a work out that has helped transform my life. I would go to the gym do the same routing, a mix of free weights and machines, and merrily go on my way. Proactive looked at muscled and structure that candidly I didn't even know existed and walked me(sometimes pushed but always gently and kindly) through manageable workouts that over time started completely changing my life. Hip pain is completely gone as they showed me how to train different parts of my body that were affecting the parts that hurt. I didn't know what I didn't know but now, after 18 months, this will be part of my life. At 50 years old I never learned how to train as a middle aged man. They assessed my situation withmy feedback and design a workout that changes every few weeks. This is not a quick fix but if you do what they tell you to do and how to do it you will never leave ProActive. It's that good. Be prepared to focus work but the payoff is awesome.
