I had a unique issue with my pool pump. I called and they gave me tips on how to check what was wrong with it. Turned out it needed a certain part which they found within a day. Went down to pick it up and both guys I spoke to treated me like I was a buddy they had known for years. Can't say enough about customer service like this. Thank you.

My pool get alge problem under the hot summer. Pool Time help test the water and give detail instructions how to fix it. Just after a weekend, the clear and blue water come back to my pool. They only recommend products what I do need to solve the particular problem.

My long time pool service recently had some staffing issues so I figured I could handle it for a while with the Costco Chlorine... Not a good idea! I reached out to Pool Time and they came the same day. Tony was so knowledgeable and informative. He spent a lot of time to get everything back in order. Their prices are competitive and the office staff and onsite service personnel are very professional and friendly. Thank you so much for the amazing service! I am grateful to be a new customer.
