Fantastic experience with these guys. I just moved to Pleasanton and then my transmission went out. I have a good friend in Modesto who owns a transmission shop. I called them to ask if the price I was given from Pleasanton Transmission was reasonable. He told me that it was actually surprisingly low, and I needed to be sure that everything was included. It turns out that everything was indeed included. Very fair prices, and they seem to have done a great job with my transmission repair!

My transmission went out while traveling through Pleasanton on a Sunday. We had the van towed to this shop based on their good Yelp reviews. The whole process was simple and pleasant. I got a competitive price and had them proceed with the work. While the work was being done I contracted pneumonia and ended up in the hospital. Well, I didn't end up because I survived, but you know what I mean. This put a delay of a few days on my paying and a few weeks on my picking up the van. They were supportive and didn't give me any hassle even though they were inconvenienced. These are good people and I'll use them again.
