I never really leave reviews but for pleasant and Glen apartments I think it's necessary. The staff ( Karen) is amazing. And when I say that I say it because they're real human beings that have lives they understand and they work with you in any situation. Now they can't snap their fingers and make something happen but she tries. The complex itself is extremely quiet. I've been here 5 years and never ever had an incident. I think that's the only bad thing I can say about the complex...lol too quiet ??
Love living here! Everyone is in their own space, quiet, safe, and the staff is amazing! From the groundskeeper's, supers, security, to Karen and Miranda in the office!
If there ever was any issues I have no doubt that they would promptly resolve them.
I have been here over two years already and plan to renew my lease without hesitation.

I have had the best experience with applying for a place here at this apartment company. Miranda and Karen has been a true blessing to our family and having so much patience during this process. I know good people still exists and they have been a prime example! I HIGHLY recommend this community and beautiful living space for your family weather it'd short or long term, they are true angels! -Nasiya
