Great Office staff with good attitude and pleasant phone manners. The office is warm and pet centric. Waiting rooms have a couch for pet to sit with their human. The vets I have met in my short time since we transferred over are knowledgeable and spend time with the patient and their human to share information and updates on the findings.
Dr. Bloomberg is amazing. She cares and takes extra time, which is sometimes needed, to work through and understand solutions. I have four dogs and have had pets/dogs all of my life, and I volunteer in rescue - she is one of the best vets I have met in a long time. I was nervous at first about going to Paws because I moved here from the Chicago area and was blessed to have one of the best vets, so I tried to duplicate it here in CA. She put me at ease, and her knowledge and energy around a few touchy situations with my rescues were terrific! I have had to see another vet once, and she was great, but Bloomberg is my choice. If you are considering taking your pet here, it's as simple as asking yourself if you love your pet and if the answer is yes then this is the right place for you. I know for a fact I made the right decision choosing Paws of Pleasanton. The entire staff here is beyond amazing, the place is immaculate and so cutely and thoughtfully decorated, and after we left our exam room, someone immediately went in and vacuumed and wiped everything down before the next patient.
