After being back in the classroom for 4 days I got lice....YAY ME! I called on a Saturday for a head check and was seen right away. I was met by a sweet and knowledgeable Shakira who was quick to make me feel welcome and safe. After an hour and thirty minutes of lovely conversation and laughs I was all done. The clinic is clean and welcoming, no hard selling tactics just lots of information to make well informed decisions. I bought the oil and I am glad I did it's super easy to apply at home. Absolutely professional, kind and informative. Never in my life we thought we'd have lice. But the screening was quick and the treatment painless and chemical free. The whole family was free of lice after 1 hour of treatment. Cindy and Shakira were stellar and helped accommodate friends who may have been affected afterwards at different time of the week. They are open by appointment only. Excellent. Very satisfied.
Felt that this clinic was so thorough. Both technicians were so great in caring for our family; great pricing And super informative. I hope I will never have to go back but if I have this problem again I know where to go!
