Am an octogenarian, sad to detect Kaiser's subtle change of discarding even minor focus on senior health (dropping all references to geriatric care and no age ranges higher than 75!!)
The doctor I saw was amazing. I have not been treated with such attention and care in many years. She was kind, empathetic, patient, and not in a rush. She listened so patiently and asked for clarification and wasn't ready to dismiss me quickly.
I felt she was knowledgeable, compassionate, patient and kind. One of the Kaiser’s best for sure! She created space for me to voice my concerns before and after the biopsy. I actually cried (a very rare event) & was able to directly process's my fears in realtime during the office visit. An amazing first for me ❤️
