John Muir health outpatients is the best they get you in do what they need to do keep you informed what they are going to do and let you know what they might have to do. You are always kept in the loop. They are professional courteous, and polite. Follow ups are made. I really like John Muir. Best hospital around
I've never had any bad experiences here. I also have an amazing PCP Dr. Duggal. This is my 1st appt post covid world and it went smooth. Parking always avail. 1. Walk in, make sure you have a medical mask on, otherwise they have some there for you to wear. 2. Step in front of what looks like a mini photo booth, it is not. :) It's there to take your temperature. You sure you don't want me to strike a pose? 3. Wait to use elevator or take the stairs. 2 people per elevator. Mr. Stranger, you sure we can't share? kidding. 4. Check in, fill your paperwork and sit down. Staff was friendly, no issues. Now hopefully won't be back anytime soon :)
I have my Dr. at ste 210. The lady at the front desk has very strong perfume that gave me a headache after I checked in. She knows better since she is been there since I started seeing my Dr. here. I'm pretty sure doctors offices have policy's about wearing perfume to work. They should be more considerate to the patients in the waiting room.
