the office itself is good - has ample parking and a nice waiting room. however, i had a very negative experience with Dr. Smrutirekha Misra. i have osteoarthritis in my knee which makes it very difficult for me to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, or walk up and down stairs. i asked her if she could sign off on a disabled parking application for me, but she told me i am "too young to be dealing with osteoarthritis" (i am 23 years old) even though i have received second opinions from other doctors confirming that i do indeed have it and that it is worth receiving a disabled parking placard for. she invalidates my concerns and seems like she doesn't truly care about her patients. extremely dissatisfied with her service.
John Muir health outpatients is the best they get you in do what they need to do keep you informed what they are going to do and let you know what they might have to do. You are always kept in the loop. They are professional courteous, and polite. Follow ups are made. I really like John Muir. Best hospital around
If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment and got a call from this doctors office for me to show up and sit there for an HOUR JUST TRYING TO GET THINGS CLEARED UP. The receptionist don't have a clue what they are doing and play middle man for the manager that they decided to finally put on speaker that was YELLING AT ME & the insurance lady on the phone. Save the time and DONT COME HERE!!! You will not be happy coming here, I ended up walking out after being there trying to figure stuff out for an hour and was still never seen, Waste of my time!!
