I've been going to JJ's Threading Salon for one year now. Great staff and very good service. Their facial packages are great and take great care of their clients. Shipra the owner is very pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend ?

I have been a customer of JJ’s ever since they opened their business on Rosewood Dr., Pleasanton. I am writing this review today after my visit to the salon on Ray street to specifically express my satisfaction, thanks to Neelam who is simply the best. She is very gentle, meticulous, patient and focused, paying attention to every detail while threading, and her work exemplifies precision that is simply unmatched. I don’t even bother checking if there are any fine hairs left on my lip line whenever she does it. Just perfect. Neelam is truly awesome!

Had a nice, relaxing facial with Dipali. My face felt refreshed, pores noticeably smaller, and skin a lot smoother. Dipali was thorough in explaining the steps of the facial and was very pleasant to talk to. The room was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the temperature was just right. Lastly, the facial bed was comfortable. Overall good experience.
