Donavon Henderson came out yesterday, Friday 1/3/25, to install 2 surge protectors for our electric HVAC system we purchased from Jazz back in May. He is a very nice young man who was polite and a pleasure to have at our home. Technically, he easily took care of the installation. I had some questions about the Compressor and Condenser. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on with the equipment so that I easily understood and was assured, everything was working perfectly and the way it should. Great guy, like having a reliable grandson to come over and help out.
They arrived right on time and completed the installation with incredible speed and skill! This system truly delivers on its promises. The walk-through after the installation was outstanding, especially when it came to upgrading from an older unit to a sleek, high-tech model. What an exhilarating experience!
Ryan from Jazz was quick to discovwe our drainage issue and quickly and professionally addressed the sewer drainage problem. This is the third time we used Jazz for home plumbing problems and we are totally satisfied and we would highly recommend them.
