Hands down they are the best designers in all of the East Bay and northern CA. I've seen hundreds or even thousands of his designs and everyone was unique and custom to that yard and exactly what the customer asked for. If you want a quality design I would suggest them. He's been design projects for about 30 years and it gets better with each design he does. He knows his stuff and does top quality work. I would recommend him to anyone. No surprises and he's got a group of contractors that all compete for his projects and they make sure the work is done rite and only accepts quality work. He keeps in contact with the customers through out the job make sure it's done correct....read full review

Bob had a clean slate when designing the landscape for my newly built home. He did a wonderful job. Really appreciate his calm and pleasant demeanor. He's deeply experienced, asks the right questions, listens well, and delivers well thought out ideas based on a blend of wanting to please his customers and an incredible amount of knowledge. He spec'd out our trees, bushes, uplighting systems including transformer and light fixtures, plus the design and finish of our extensive concrete work. Since he takes the future size of the trees he's recommending into consideration -- their placement will allow them to grow into their surroundings -- creating a mature landscape that not other looks beautiful -- it simply fits in with everything else.
