“Sunshine did an amazing job replacing my rain gutters. Since my roof is slate, all the other rain gutter vendors were hesitant to the take the job. However, Sunshine was able to do the job without breaking a single tile. They were also thoughtful about what they replaced, by leaving some fascia boards and downspouts in place, that were still fine. As a consequence, the project cost was lower than other leading companies. Sunshine has LeafBlaster gutter guards that are top of the line too. Now, I no longer have to go on my roof to clean my gutters. Hurrah!!“

“When I needed to have my roof inspected after last winter's storms, I requested inspection and estimate from multiple roofing companies. Oscar from GTE Construction is the only one who clearly explained all the issues and what needed to be done. He spotted problems that the other inspectors missed or did not mention. The roof repair and maintenance work was done efficiently, completed in just 1 day, including repairing some leaking gutters and installing gutter guards. “It has taken me a while to finally get this review written but my satisfaction with Ryan and his Kelly Roofing team has only improved over time. I had a complete re-roofing done in advance of the installation of a solar power system - which is another story - and selected Kelly Roofing, in part because of the Yelp reviews but largely because of my interaction with Ryan when he came to give me an estimate. Kelly Roofing was the most distant roofer but those closer to our home just couldn't compare with Ryan's knowledge and approach. And in addition to being an expert, he is also a nice guy. We chose the Presidential line of shingles, which I think surprised Ryan as much as it did us. They look amazing and have resulted in multiple positive comments from neighbors and others. Ryan and his crew had to wait a bit for the shingles to be manufactured and available to him but when they began working, it went smoothly and quickly, from our perspective. The entire crew was personable and easy to work with and we are extremely pleased with the entire process with Ryan. I absolutely recommend Kelly Roofing! Now, as for the solar installation, this did not go very well. The solar installation company was TERRIBLE! The solar crew showed up on one of the hottest days of the year and even after warning them that the roof was brand new, they proceeded to absolutely trash it. We lodged complaints with SunPower (which was very responsive and upstanding and who I would also recommend if you are considering solar power) who immediately sent a representative to examine the roof. They, too, were appalled at the damage done to the roof and took responsibility for dealing with the installation company. Long story short, the solar panels had to be removed and the brand new roof replaced at the solar installation company's expense. Ryan, too, was amazed at the damage but quickly got to work to replace the damaged roof - nearly 1/3 of the roof had to be removed and replaced. Sadly, the solar installation company was not upstanding and it took weeks to actually pay Ryan after many complaints by us and direct contact. NONE of this part relates to the work Kelly Roofing did - twice - except to say that once again, Ryan and Kelly Roofing came through and did an OUTSTANDING job integrating the replaced portions of the roof into the existing roof. While I don't think we'll be needing to replace our roof anytime soon, I will most definitely reach out to Ryan and Kelly Roofing and hope that he is once again willing to make the drive. Thanks Ryan and my apologies for the long delay is posting these comments.“

“Had a section of gutter come down during recent high winds. Been considering installing gutter guards so had Oscar quote both jobs. He pointed out that the gutters also needed better securement to the house which I hadn’t noticed. His guys showed up on time, cleaned the roof as well as the gutters first. Then installed the guards, color matched the new gutter to the existing and did a fantastic job.“

“This is part 1 of our review for having our 2nd story windows cleaned. We have all the screens removed (for re-screening)so we thought it would be a good time to have the windows cleaned. We called 5 local businesses, 4 told us that they would not have an estimator out to our home for 3-5 days, and after approval, it would be anywhere from 5 days to a high of 3 weeks to schedule. We called Valley Windows, spoke to Gary, and were expecting the same nonsense. NOPE! What a process they have...he looked up our address on Google earth, and gave us an estimate over the phone. Then they said they could be out on Monday 7/18 to complete the job. Pretty darn efficient! Stand by for part 2.....do they keep the 5 stars or will it drop???“

“I was introduced to Timberline Roofing via my realtors. Timberline did my roof inspection and roof repairing. Subsequently the house we bought went through major renovation and I used their service again. During the course of the renovation, we had the solar guy breaking the roof tiles and wrongly blaming the roofing guys. Throughout the whole incident, I found Dan to be professional and calm - did not play the blaming game and quietly supplied more tiles (In the end, both the solar company and Timberline were very honorable. The solar company owned up to their mistakes and worked together with Timberline to fix the issue). A few days ago during the storm, we got a leak on our roof. My husband called Timberline and they were out there the next day to fix it - that's pretty good service...“
