Just got my roof done by Frank Fiala Roofing, and I gotta say, way more painles than i expected. I thought replacing a roof on a new home was going to be a pain based off what my realtor told me, but it was nothing. They texted me regularly to let me know what's up - when they're coming, how things are going, and when they'd be done. Super helpful and kept me in the loop. Price-wise, they're really fair. Got a good deal for the quality they're offering, which is pretty solid. Not as painful of a bill that it was made out to be. The crew was super easy to work with too. Friendly guys, didn't make a mess, and they were pretty considerate about not causing a ruckus. Got the job done without any drama. So yeah, I'd definitely recommend Frank Fiala Roofing. No BS, good price, and the roof looks great.

I called the guy who ran the roofing job a couple of years ago and the roof looked great from the time they did it. A home inspection recently revealed a small section had pulled up a bit. Also revealed that the overall job and roof looked great except that one area. Frank heard me from the gate and dispatched Gilberto, a very good worker, to the house within 2 days to fix that section and he did a very good job. Showed us pictures of everything and we are totally satisfied. I was particularly impressed how Frank prioritized our case despite the 2 years gap from the original work. Thank you guys!! Giving 5 stars for sure.

Fiala roofing worked very closely with our HOA in strategic roll out of a major roof replacement including tear off and some decking repair/replacement. They identified and repaired many anomalies that were found during the job that were original construction defects and short comings. We had nightmare winters in the past. When Fiala finished our complex of 93 units we all slept very well. This job is over 10 years old now. When we have any issues, which is seldom, he sends out his crew and inspects and reports back to us. Usually the issue is internal or due to an non roof component of the weather seal.
