“I've been getting lash extensions for about 5 years. I wanted a wispy, volume look that lasts. I found Kayla searching Google, Instagram and Facebook for wispy lashes extensions retention. All of her pictures had the look I wanted and she had several posts about retention that caught my eye. What a delight I found in Kaila! We chatted about the look I wanted. Then she made sure I was comfortable placing a wedge pillow under my knees. The application was flawless! She uses UV LED light curing which I had never heard of. That was a game changer! No burning or watery eyes from adhesive fumes! They looked and felt great! She gave me a lash care kit containing lash shampoo, 2 brushes, a microfiber towel and a delicious chocolate truffle. And she is a sweetheart! Handsdown the best lash experience of my life! ?“

“Dela provides excellent lashes, customer service, and is overall just a great person! My normal lash artist was on maternity leave and only recommended Dela and I am so glad she did. It was wonderful to be able to meet and work with Dela. I wanted to try something a little different with my set and she heard me out and gave me recommendations. They came out perfect! She even sent my original lash artist updated with what we did so I could continue to get the same look. She really listens to what you want and will tell you what will work best for getting the look you want and maintaining lash health. Very grateful to have been able to get services done with her!“

“A really wonderful experience! This is a one-woman shop, so you'll have to book your appointment beforehand, but luckily everything is very clear and convenient online! Small note that there is a mani/pedi combo package towards the bottom of the list - I tried multiple times to book both a mani and pedi at the same time (and failing) before realizing! Parking downtown depending on the time of day can be a little challenging, but it is towards the end of downtown which makes it a little easier. Charming Nail Shop is located on the second floor, and there are two seats to wait at inside if she's finishing up with previous clients! You can pick a color while you wait - her variety is pretty extensive, and she recommended me to try a polish with "diamond finish" that truly held up flawlessly for almost three weeks, and is still holding up strong as I grew out my nails for the next three months lol. Mani and pedi were both really relaxing experiences - the soak and massage was lovely, and she made great conversation (out of this introvert!) to pass the time. My appointment did take longer than planned but I enjoyed the little spa moment for me. Thanks again for the great experience, would highly recommend for others to try out for a special relaxing moment!“

“I wanted to smooth out my grays and help my always frizzy, slightly wavy hair be calmer and more manageable. Chantelle suggested a treatment that did ALL of those things. She did a Keratin treatment to my hair. She took her time and made sure every bit of my too thick hair was covered and coated. My hair feels amazing afterwards and I cannot wait to see continued results. The experience was so comfortable, the setting and salon suite was cute and decorated well. It was an amazing experience!
