I had been hesitant to upgrade to a desperately needed computer for fear of losing all the contents that I had accumulated over 17 years. I feared that i would lose files in an attempt to convert to a new system. The ENT Networks technical expert that did the tricky conversion was incredible. Not a single email, document, or file was lost. He was patient, wanting to ensure that i was comfortable with the transfer, answered all my questions in simple language, and worked very fast. i have the same gratitude for the support staff.
