When I first started the process of refinancing my home, I could only think of one place that I wanted to go, and that was Cherry Creek Mortgage. They did my original loan when I bought my home back in 2010 so I was familiar with them. Unfortunately, the loan agent that I originally worked with no longer worked there so I turned to Claudia Kim. I'm so happy that I did! I'll first start by saying that Claudia was very thorough with her communication. She made sure that I understood the entire process and she would always be available to answer any questions that came up. She's super friendly and she's also very efficient. She just let me know what documents that I needed to provide and she took care of the rest. This process was so stress free and turned around so quickly that I couldn't believe it. I'm so happy that I made that call! Thanks for everything Claudia. If I ever refinance again she will be the first person that I call.
