I was plagued by a paper wasp infestation that extended into the soffit of the house. Julian arrived a week later and tackled it fearlessly. I was inundated with ants this summer. I have never seen anything like it. I tried fighting them myself, but it wasn’t working. I chose Bay Pest Solution because of their rating. Dan was my technician, and he could not have been any better. He looked over the property and decided the course of action quickly. He was just here today. I am hoping this first treatment takes hold, but if not, he said he would come back and retreat. I also signed up for quarterly service to keep these ants in control. I didn’t do research to find bay Pest Solutions. I know them since they are the pest control contractor for an HOA I am familiar with. The entire experience, from initial inspection, to job completion, was professional, punctual, and seamless. I called Bob the day we found a termite ‘poo’ on the hardwood floor. Richard came to verify our findings and provided proposals to exterminate termites and address delayed projects such as soiled insulation in the attic. Options are discussed and never felt the pressure to commit to something I didn’t need to. I would recommend to anyone who need pest control service.
