Have a Miele built-in fridge that was leaking water. Steve established credibility with an initial call, gave me up front pricing (wish it was a bit better but could have been worse), set up an appointment (he's busy so expect availability 1-1.5 weeks out), arrived during the designated window, and knew exactly how to take apart the fridge to quickly fix the issue. He's knowledgable, has good bedside manner, and works quickly. Highly recommended!
