Found the staff difficult to deal with. They seldom offered information and I had to remember to ask specific questions if I wanted to get answers. Some questions didn't occur to me so I probably missed out on pertinent information.Also, staff didn't make the best decisions on eyewear frames. I didn't think of it, and my wife had to notice that I should have gotten two different frame types for the two pair of different prescription glasses I got, so I could easily distinguish between them without putting them on. Meh. Dr. Matsuoka doesn't listen to your complaints, he thinks he knows what you're seeing better than you do. He doesn't even polish the edges of your lenses. And no scratch-proof coating, even though it was requested and paid for. We won't be back.
