I can't stress enough the amount of patience, care, and fun there was in the whole process -- and how much we felt like we were joining a family. Ana is just the best -- she really knew how to speak to our daughter was so caring. Dr. Helen just gets kids. She understood how important it was to engage with our daughter at her level. Our daughter can be shy, but talked in the car after the appointment about how much she liked the visit. The office seems to have gone through some major renovations and has great spaces for kids to play while waiting, too. So glad to have such a wonderful pediatric dentistry option in our community!“

“The office manager Natalie was so warm and professional on the phone and so efficient in getting my daughter and I an appointment to see Dr. Ibarra and was also amazing to us when welcoming us into the clinic! The hygienist Ruth was so gentle and thorough while working on my teeth and Samantha the RDA was so gentle and amazing working on my daughters teeth. Dr. Ibarra is so personable and has a terrific bedside manner. The whole team was amazing from start to finish, I highly recommend!“

“The office staff is friendly. I didn’t see the dentist. I rarely do. The hygienist was thorough but didn’t speak to me about my dental hygiene or the x rays that he took. It was an odd visit and maybe my last.“

I am not an easy patient, due to my fear - and have even been kicked out of a practice for failing to show up for scheduled appointments.
