“Javier came back a second time and did a treatment for pets, which took care of the odor and was greatly appreciated. However, the new tenant already complained about the carpet being dirty & sticky. They sent pictures of their feet after walking on the carpet barefoot along with a moist toilet they said they wiped on the carpet?! Anyway, we are going to try for one more cleaning if Javier thinks it will do any good. We shall see... *Also in terms of rating overall, I would really give a 4.6 star and only because my one baseboard took a lot of moisture and deformed as a result. Javier also did a considerable amount of labor & a pet treatment to rectify that to a degree.“

“Stayed with EH Clean for 3 years and 2 apartments...the management is so nice and practices high quality customer service. Our dedicated team was also lovely to deal with. Only reason why not 5 stars is that after some time, the level of cleaning detail was not the most stellar, but if there was a 4.5 star option, I'd have picked that, because hey, they have a very full schedule and are probably expected to keep moving quick. The move-out cleaning was impeccable. Definitely recommend in the big picture!“
