Absolutely phenomenal experience, so fast in responding to all our questions, very professional, we got a rate that was so much better than what we were expecting, reliable and our loan closed in record time, can't recommend them enough! We worked with both Greg & Brent and they were both spectacular!

As first-time homebuyers, we were glad to have Avenir Mortgage Planners on our side. We initially met Cedric at an open house, and he was very kind and informative. He followed up by spending an hour on the phone to discuss and help us understand the home buying process. Initially, we did not feel ready to purchase a home, but Cedric remained patient with us and was receptive to our questions throughout the year.
