I was treated like a person, she was knowledgeable, took my questions into consideration, she took over the situation beautifully just in time for my Christmas party and received compliments! Not pretentious, and a great vibe! They didn't give me a hard time for having "working girl" hands when I got my manicure and that was so nice. (Other places definitely have made me feel like an ogre haha) Prices are all very reasonable and I'll be going back for hair services next.
