I have been going to Dr Russel for over a year now.I am very satisfied with her work. She is friendly and tells you exactly what she is going to do before she does it.The staff and assistant’s are very nice and make it an otherwise anxious hour a more relaxed and pleasant experience.If anyone asks me who to see for dental work Dr Russel and her team get my recommendation.
I switched to Placerville Dental Care recently and am so happy with the difference in patient care between here and my previous dentist. The staff are all warm and welcoming, and the individual attention that Dr. Russell pays to her clients’ health and well-being stands out. The space is clean and cheerful, and any patient care or cost is explained thoroughly beforehand, which makes going to the dentist less stressful. I’m so happy I switched!
First time customer. They provided very detailed information on what I needed. Continually checked that everything was ok. Definitely found a new dentist for myself! Michelle and Dr. Russell are awesome!
