“Last fall I purchased Berber wall-to wall carpet for our home from FTG. Cameron was friendly, knowledgeable, & conscientious, he answered all my questions and was very helpful. His estimate was very reasonable so we went with it. Once installed, we were very happy with the results. However, the carpet didn't wear well, (my poor choice of a light color with dogs) and I couldn't remove a huge stain right in the middle of the living room...within 7months I reached out to Cameron to say that I wasn't happy, that I'd rather have had chosen the new Vinyl Plank Flooring for our main traffic area. He was amazing, so understanding - he worked with the manufacturer on our behalf to be compensated for the stained areas. I chose the perfect Vinyl Plank Flooring and soon the job got scheduled.
