Chase is the most professional and friendly guy you get. Prices are extremely fair and the work is top quality. I've owned a remodel business and have hired a few carpet cleaners from time to time. I wish I had known about Chase and his Upper Level Maintenance business. I would have not use anyone else. Our gross carpets are like new. Temporary solution till we get new floors and totally worth it.

I thought my bathroom needed completely new tile and grout, but Chase made it look brand new . Now I love my bathroom again. He even shampooed one of my rooms last minute. Highly recommend!
