Kim and her staff went so far above expectations when I brought a new rescue dog in that I had only adopted a few hours previous. He really needed a cleaning! it was mandatory. Kim stepped in and with her care and expertise the process turned out to be a huge success. Sham-Paws is a full service with grooming and wzsh your own dog stations. The salon is clean, cute and a happy place to be. I'm so appreciative.
Finally had the opportunity to try out Sham-Paws Self Serve Dog Wash in Placentia today!!! Our sweet girl is a rescue who is very nervous in these types of situations and does not enjoy baths at all. I had told Kim that we most likely wouldn’t be able to get her into the bath, but we would stop by, say hi, and work on gradually getting her acclimated. Of course she dug her claws into the concrete as soon as she saw we were entering the shop, but Kim and her staff were amazing and knew exactly what to do to help her in!! I honestly did not think she was going to be getting a bath today! Kim gave us various tips and pointers to get her clean and help remove all of the shedding fur! Thanks for making it so easy and for all of your help today Kim!
This is the Best place to take your pooch for a self wash!! I will never wash my Girl in a bath tub any more. Kim and her staff are so helpful they supply everything, towels, shampoo and a great dryer!! I Love Sham-Paws and so does my Girl!! Try it you will like it 😊
