“My husband and I are patients at OC Wellness, Westminster for months. Our physical health have been improving especially my husband. He was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis--numbness sensation was shooting down to his left leg when walking. With initial trigger points injection and once a week treatment of spinal decompression, physical therapy, acupuncture, and occasional chiropractor adjustment, the numbness of his leg is diminishing. Bravo to the comprehensive program as seems it helps alleviating our muscle stiffness and enhance flexibility. The studio environment is spacious and clean. All the staff and health providers are friendly, and skillful in performing their task. This place is highly recommended.“

“I can’t say enough great things about OC Wellness in Anahiem. Not only are all the staff friendly, but it is also a clean facility.

Most importantly though, this is the first time I’ve been to a place that is actually trying to help me get better… not just scheduling recurring appointments for no reason. I appreciate that they check in regularly and make necessary changes for long-term improvement.

The one downside I will say is there have been receptionist changes quite a lot probably because they don’t pay their receptionist enough. Right now it’s Michelle & Patty, and they are wonderful!!!

As for billing, they do a great job of working with you so that you can get the care you need.

“Marissa is a top-notch therapist, deserving of five stars. The other therapists also appear highly skilled based on what I've observed with their clients. However, I have to deduct one star due to the lack of courtesy towards other clients in the shared space. During my three sessions, I've yet to experience a peaceful treatment as loud talking, laughter, and ongoing conversations seem to be common. A few signs reminding clients to keep voices down out of respect for others could make a big difference. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing another package until the ambiance improves.“

“Im a retired nurse and I have been treated by Dr Russo for several years due to back pain. No matter how I feel coming in, I always feel better with relief of pain. He uses a special tool called an activator makes it painful with no "cracking" of the bones. He is open daily M-F and has late appointments as needed due to work.
