“This is an update review from 2 years ago. I've been a client on the biweekly schedule with Annie and her coworker for over a year. A few things that have stood out over the years:+ Communication has always been great. I get a text notifying me when the cleaning crew is on the way and when to expect them. Whenever I reach out via text, I've always received prompt responses.+ Annie has been friendly and professional since the first day. Not only does she try to understand and check my preferences, she lets me know what solutions work or not work well, ensuring the health of my family members who have allergies. Annie always wants me to check each room after she finishes and would clean until my satisfaction.+ Pricing has increased compared to 2 years ago but the increase is reasonable considering the inflation.+ I also appreciate that Maid In Orange is bonded and insured. One time a cleaner broke a burner grate. They replaced it without any issues.I love that whenever Annie and her team come, they leave my house feeling fresh, comfortable and inviting.Previous review in 2022:I test used Maid in Orange for a deep house cleaning (4BR 4.5B, 3000sqft) 3 weeks ago. Was very pleased so now I am on a schedule.What I like are:+ The site and booking, reschedule, paying, etc. are user-friendly. Everything can be modified on my phone.+ Cleaning staff are friendly and professional, especially Gaby. Cater to my needs that change with every cleaning depending on the status of our house.+ Staff can go longer than the scheduled time to complete the clean. You just need to let them know when they arrive. This is not an option with other cleaning services that I have tried.+ Reasonable pricing.+ Love their mission and the community give back.“

“Best cleaning company I have come in contact with thus far! I own numerous short term rental properties with all 5 star reviews, our number one being cleanliness. So trying to find cleaners who will uphold the same cleanliness standard as myself and what my guests expect, is really hard to find these days. But elite maids has exceeded all our expectations. Jacob, who is one of the owners, has especially set the tone. He has the best work ethic and you can tell they try to implement that into their teams. Professional, nice people, use their own products (your house smells clean, not like bleach!), bring their own equipment, and communication is easy. “Still the best house cleaning I can get. Arek and Marta do an very thorough job. If you move something after they leave, it's clean under and behind it. Every knook and cranny that I can't reach is taken care of. I'm hoping my 2nd 5 star review counts for a perfect 10“

“Jill from Maidscape did an incredible cleaning job in my condo. Her attention to detail is excellent. She arrived on time and tho she was scheduled to take 4 to 6 hours, she ended up staying longer to make everything perfect. My house has not been this clean in a long time!“

“I used OC House Cleaners to do a deep cleaning of my house at the start of my maternity leave so I wouldn't have to worry about as much cleaning once the baby was born. This was such a good idea! My home is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom and I have two dogs who shed mountains of hair. I also signed up for the cleaners to clean my oven and the inside of my fridge. The two ladies who came were at my home for over 6 hours and did a fantastic and thorough job! I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. They took the time to notice the little things, like the fact that my dog gets hair UNDER the stairs too and that I also had a toaster oven (they cleaned the inside of both that oven and my double ovens!). The attention to detail was such a blessing. The only things I noticed that were subpar were that they didn't lift a few picture frames when they dusted and left a small trail of dirt when cleaning behind a toilet, but no one is perfect and I am not complaining! These ladies blessed me so much, especially when it's so hard to move around right now. Definitely would recommend!“
