. One thing that is really important to me is the kind of customer service I get from any place I do business with so I wanted to say how impressed I was with Jose at Beacon Termite Control. When he was outside he happen to notice that I had a rat trap set near a cabinet on my screened in back porch so he asked me if I'd like him to put a couple more traps out for me in that area. I asked him how much and it said no charge. This might seem like a simple thing but it sure impressed me as he certainly didn't have to do that. I've actually been doing business with Beacon for many years now. They are always friendly, on time and keep those nasty termites away after eliminating them when they first started with me. We were referred to Steve, the owner, of this Beacon Termite Control. Our neighbor was very pleased as they use the microwave heat to kill the termites and also drilled where they discover termite problems. They injected a baiting product called Termidor. Termidor was not toxic to us. Steve was very thorough with his inspection and we scheduled his service. Jose and Cameron came out and were able identify problem areas and treat them with both processes. The best part about the process was that there was no move out, packing up food items, and moving plants. We were able to stay within our home while the process was being completed. We are very satisfied with the service and so far have seen no evidence of additional termite droppings. I would highly recommend their termite control. The best thing about their company was their honesty and explanation of their process and discussion of solutions to problems within the future.

Thank you, Jose, for the excellent care at my house today: After hearing those awful gnawing-on-wood noises coming from the attic right above me, I appreciate not having to worry about rats or mice ever again getting in! My husband can't climb up there anymore, so it's a huge relief to have that done. Beacon has taken care of our regular termite inspection/spraying for years. The price is right; the technicians are careful in my house, don't track in dirt, and are nice to our dog. I have the owner's mobile number if I'm ever in need ... I'm very happy
