They where so understanding about my dogs anxiety and made us feel welcome, we have taking our dog to other vets in the past that have not believed us or made us feel guilty about our dogs uneasiness and crying in the vets. Can be very embarrassing for us. But this clinic was very understanding and respectful of our concerns. Happy to have finally found a vets office for my dog. They were also respectful of our time. We really appreciate them treating our dog efficiently and with care.“

We’ve been coming here with our 16-year-old senior dog who had multiple medical conditions, and the care we’ve received has been exceptional. “My Amazon earlier this year suddenly began falling from its perch and would bite onto the sides of the cage to keep itself from falling over and over again.

Took him/her and essentially found out that the bird was sick, liver shrinking, and dying due to its only seed diet that it had been fed prior to me taking over.

Dr. Nemetz did all tests necessary just to rule out other causes and did an excellent job, imho. I left with a ton of knowledge, medication and it felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.

The bird immediately adopted the pellet diet which was a good sign. Fast forward to today, the Amazon is in a much stronger state than it was before. I'm glad Dr. Nemetz was able to diagnose the root cause and point me in the right direction.“

“I wish I could give more stars. I have been a client of Paws 'n' Claws Veterinary Hospital for 15+ years and I have always adored Drs. Glen and Caroline, but their care of two new additions exceeded even my already sky high expectations. Recently my family adopted two senior dogs. The 13+ year old dogs were relinquished to the shelter by their owner for whatever reason. We adopted them to give them a soft landing for their remaining years. Without knowing what kind of vet care these two have had over the course of their lives, I figured they would need all kinds of tests to give us a baseline. However, Dr. Caroline focused on only their most pressing issues. For Carl, the boxer, it was his sore back end (hips and back). She started him on an injection that has already greatly improved his mobility. For Barbara, it was a teeth cleaning to address some horrible, rotten, sore teeth. After 14 teeth removed, we have seen a vast improvement in her attitude (and breath!) We will follow Dr. Caroline's lead and continue to take one step at a time to make sure they have the best quality of life, without putting them through excessive and/or unnecessary tests or procedures. I am so grateful for Drs. Glen and Caroline, without them we certainly wouldn't have had the confidence to adopt our sweet Carl and Barbara.“

“Such great care from all staff that helped us, from the front desk lady, the vet, and staff helping us in side the room. My dog had an ear infection, and Claudia helped so much. The reason we came here was because in our previous vet, they didn't allow us to go inside with them and I could tell my dog was anguished going in alone (she'd cry and bark so much). We came into Adams for her vaccine renewal (x3 vaccines) and an ear cleaning and Claudia handled all that very professionally and with a caring attitude. She'd explain everything to me as she was doing it and what I could do at home for her ears. I will definitely be coming back here :)“

“This was my first time visiting this veterinary office. I was bringing in a stray cat that I had to trap to be looked at. And the office was very accommodating. When I walked in the office was absolutely spotless, which isn't usually the case in a veterinary office naturally with animals running all over the place. The staff were welcoming and assisted me with the stray cat so that he could be examined. I really had a great experience from start to finish at this office. I would recommend coming here for your fur babies and or strays that you just don't have the heart to watch suffer. ❤️“

“Such a small but comforting place. Had to visit because my puppy ate a grape. They are appointment only and helped us out. I was concerned as how my puppy would act but he loved the vet and got comfortable quickly. We got blood tests, medication, even special food all at the location. Definitely making this our puppy's Vet.“
