Requested a quote and Derrick got back to me super quickly with a price, and process of how he would clean our coffee shop. Why can't every business be this easy to work with? Will have to talk to business partners to decide on which route to take but definitely appreciate how easy it is to communicate with Derrick.
I can't rave enough about this cleaning company! We've had several different corporate cleaners in the past couple years and Derrick and his crew are far superior than any others. They are very easy to work with in that they listen to our needs and concerns, work with our budget and schedule and are always friendly and quick to respond. They have even come in for a couple emergency sanitization cleans when there was an internal COVID concern - same day. They are safe, responsible and a pleasure to work with. I can confidently recommend this company to anyone in need as they are simply fabulous!
I interviewed multiple cleaning companies and decided on Derrick and Simple Office Solutions. They have been cleaning my business for 2 months now and do a great job. He always sends an email to follow up and make sure we are satisfied with the job. He is honest and an ease to do business with.
