We needed carpet cleaning after we moved out of our Elk Grove house. Frank was quick to respond, arrived at the confirmed time and thoroughly went over the services he recommended. We discussed price & then he got to work. He did a very thorough job! Carpets look & smell great! We would recommend him to anyone in the Sac area and will definitely contact Frank again for our new home! Thank you Kokonut Carpet & Tile!

Very responsive and punctual. He responded to my request for an estimate quickly, confirmed the appointment via text and arrived exactly when he said he would. Friendly too. Prices are fair and work seems thorough. I'd use kokonut again.
