“Acker has done a spectacular job for me. For years I had a pesky leak around my chimney, for no obvious reason. Acker has been patient and we have (hopefully) found a solution without opening up the whole roof.
Acker's tech Kevin worked very hard in the hot sun to seal the chimney bricks and otherwise patch areas where the water could be coming in. Acker's bill was very reasonable, and I was especially appreciative of the methodical approach taken.

For 2024 that roof being close to thirty years old it was time to do a full replacement. I spoke to number of friends to see who all they used and got four different bids. Some were much higher than others. Cornell was very competitive. I really enjoyed working with Clint and his son. They do a very solid high-quality work with very high-quality materials.
